All units are wired with two 400-watt overhead bay lights and GFCI electric wall outlet. Electricity included at no extra charge!

All units have thermal & soundproofing insulation.

All units have water & sewer—included at no extra charge!  Most units have utility sink and hose spigot.  One unit has full bathroom with hose spigot.

Discount Fuel

Discount fuel available 24 hours/7 days a week at $2 to $3 below FBO retail!  You can save enough on fuel each month to more than pay for your hangar!

Line service provided daily from 9:00AM to 5:00PM at no extra charge!
